NAME AND PURPOSE: The name of this organization is Create Community Local Arts Agency, Inc. (CC). We are the Local Arts Agency based in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Our purpose is to foster community growth and development through arts, culture, and heritage.

MISSION: The mission of Create Community Local Arts Agency Inc. is to champion a healthy, thriving, connected, and creatively engaged community.

VISION: Our vision is to cultivate a culturally rich and creatively engaged region where the arts and heritage are woven into daily life, improving the health and wellness of residents and visitors, enriching prosperous communities, and fostering education, connection, innovation, and inclusivity across generations.
